Hi! How do I integrate Jotform API software to another software. Your software provides an API key. My other software (which holds the inputted information from a jotform submission) has an API key. How do I get them to integrate or work together?

    Thanks! Jon

It depends what type of program you want it to be connected to. We have different integration apps here in JotForm. These apps where created by our developers. They created the APIs so that JotForm and 3rd party web apps will integrate properly.

You can create a program or an API so that you can connect them. You can check our API documentation. You can also create an API key if you needed to.

If you want to connect your form to an external database then please check my reply on this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/764186/

Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Heres my question a little clearer. Lets say someone on my website, submits a form through jotform. I want that jotform to be automatically entered into this third party software system I have. It is not a common software in the Apps Integration, but it has the ability to conenct to API's. How do I connect you guys to them. Do I take your API key, and put it into their software? Or do I take their API key and put it into your software?

It is best to either contact our developers over the developer forum, or contact our API team over api@jotform.com.
