I have an existing form in pdf format. How can I import it into JotForm and make it a fillable form?

You may use this tool: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. 

But the PDF form needs to be an Adobe Forms Central fillable PDF in order to use this tool, otherwise you will need to create manually your form in the Form Builder.
