We are currently making these forms for a physical therapy client. They noticed that when forms are submitted to their email, their logo at the top doesn't show up on the email even though it shows up on the actual form itself.
Is there any way to remedy this.

In order to include the image logo in your notification, you need to go and manually add it in the Compose Email's edit tools, see example bellow:
