I have made no changes to my website and have been waiting for the forms to come back online. I received an email saying it was back online but am still unable to access it and my online forms are still down.
Can you provide me more details. If I need to change this, I will.

Tracie, I've just visited your website and your forms seem to be working fine. Although the suspension has been lifted, It will a little while for the DNS propagation to come into effect globally. This may take up to a day in some locations. This might be the reason why you still can't get to jotform.com.
