Since the change to EU - our main form we update each week - "lost passwords..." has lost every email setting - would you please restore,

I see it does not have any email notifications or autoresponders setup, are you saying they were setup before changing to EU servers?
You might simply set them up, it would not take more than 5min:

Please restore as this is why we pay our annual fee

I think it's easier to create them again, but as requested, I have reported this to our second level, you will be notified via this thread when there is a resolution.

This form 31884312170954 has a 5 email settings. Also these settings sent a email.
