Error Message when Creating Fillable PDF form

    I am getting the following error message when trying to create a fillable pdf form with several of my jotforms.  I have tried to do this from both my jot form and the userguide.

     

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
