This is a forum or message board web application. You can just search in Google the top forum web applications you can use. You can use vBulletin, Simple Machine Forums and PhpBB.

    Hi,
I have a mobile version of my site http://soundtracksmagazine.com the forms don't show up on the page. Scroll down to the bottom of the navigation to Contact and you'll see what I'm mean. Don't use the navigation in the right hand top Contact goes to a different page. Is this a problem with the smart phones, I tried both platforms?
    Thanks,
    Paul

I have inspected webpage you provided and the form is shown on desktop device. However form is not shown when I opened your webpage on my Samsung Galaxy S4.

I saw that you have embedded your form with script code. We recommend using of iFrame code. Please try to replace script code with iFrame code to see if that will resolve your issue. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Also I noticed that your form is not responsive. If the form will be viewed on mobile devices I would suggest you to make it responsive. You can make your form responsive by adding Mobile Responsive widget to your form.

Inside of this guide you can also find how to make your form to be responsive:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
