Shared Jotforms

Our organization has a paid Jotform account.  A co-worker created a free account a while back and created several forms in her free account.  Whenever we want to use these forms, we clone them, but we do so in the "shared account folder".  We are now being told that we've met the quota for the free account.

Is there a way to take all of the forms in that shared folder and move them over to our paid account so we can continue to access and clone them without having to rebuild all of the forms?

    Thank you for your help!

This is absolutely possible, kindly make your request from the source account where you want to move the forms from and we will be glad to help you.

    Regards.

Great, thank you!  What information will the Jotform team need to make this happen?

Request for moving forms from one account to another must be made from account on which forms are created. In case that you want to move forms from sub account to your main account ewinder, than you need to make that request from your sub account. Also you need to tell us ID or names of the forms that you want to be moved and you also need to tell us username of account to which you want that your forms are moved to.

    Hello,

I am trying to transfer Jotforms to ewinder, but forgot my login information. I tried to reset the password using tolivier@cfacadiana.org which is supposed to forward to my donorservices@cfacadiana.org email account, but it did not work. I talked to my IT person, and he says it should work. Is it possible to get a new reset email sent again? Or is it possible to get the password reset email sent directly to donorservices@cfacadiana.org

    Thank you,

    Trish Olivier
