I keep getting emails telling me that the subscription payment has failed

    I have provided our debit card twice and it says it has been accepted, but I want to make sure that it is correct.

    I'm sorry, but I can't find a new payment record for your account. You are subscribed and paid through Paypal so you should update your card there instead of doing it on your account - billing page. 

    If you wish to pay using your card, you have to cancel your subscription first to Paypal and upgrade after through our billing/pricing page.
