I was shocked and a little dismayed by the recent actions and loss of service, but I am staying with jotform and think anyone switching their service shouldn't! They were very FAST at making sure all users knew about the loss of service and they quickly addressed the problem!
I hope they continue on to do the work they do and commend them for their fast response and actions.
I think anyone who has used their service was unaware exactly how fast they can address this type of problem and I for one was very impressed by their speed in providing resolve.
Please continue to use these guys, I have trust in them for the number of forms I have running and totally think in the light of these circumstances, we should stand behind them!

I'd like to echo what the OP said. You guys handled this quickly, efficiently and transparently. You honored your clientele by doing so and I wish to commend you for that. I use you for multiple projects and intend to continue to do so. I remember when I first found you guys through a Google search I was uneasy to use you because I had never heard of you before. Through my interaction with JotForm and its people I have been more than impressed and that uneasiness is long gone. I just wanted to reassure you that there are those out in your customer base who are with you. Keep putting your customers first like you have been and you'll go even farther than you have up to now.
