Embedded form displays as text/code

    Форму создал давно. До вчерашнего дня все работало. Сейчас показывает код, а не форму. В чем проблема?

    Judging from the screenshot, I see that the embed codes you were using earlier on your website have started to appear as text - instead of being rendered into an actual form.

    This is likely caused by some recent change on your website, as the JavaScript embed codes still execute fine elsewhere. Have you recently upgraded your website software, or a plugin?

    Please try using the iFrame embed codes and see if that works correctly on your website. Please let us know how it goes.

    Все так же. Ничего не поменялось. Форма не отображается. Только код.

    But I think the embed code was not properly used.

    Can you please remove first any existing embed script code of the form on your website. And then get again the iframe embed code  and add it back on your website.
