Jotform Shutdown Affected Our Pre-Registration Count

    Jotform has been good to us and very flexible as we use it for many of our product solutions. Unfortunately for us this weekend is our biggest and most expensive bridal event for the first quarter of 2012 and we were using Jotform for pre-registrations. No telling how many brides we may have lost for this weekends event so we have shutdown pre-registrations at noon today via jotform. We understand your frustration; however, just to let you know what this has done to our business for what was supposed to be our highest pre-registration count please keep us posted to what happened.

    Hi Katherine,

    I am really sorry to hear that. We have worked straight without sleep in the last 3 days and have done everything we can. Unfortunately, some things were out of our control. The domain is returned back to us now, and we are working on solutions to prevent this from happening again.
