Registration form add in field

Hi,

I want to add an Additional Participant field with radio buttons saying Yes or No.  The problem I am experiencing is how to do a conditional format or widget which when an entrant picks the Yes button the registration form re-opens to allow say a secondary participant's information to be entered and then once that is complete the parent can click Pay with PayPal and it will give the total for both participants.  Is this possible?  If so, how do I accomplish it?  It may be a two step process of editing something in the payment wizard as well.

How about using the Configurable List widget? https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list, please check it, in this way, the user can add as many participants information as he wants to. Let us know if you need more help.
