I am just creating my first form, and I want to upload Image + video pairs and collect payments.
How do I access the video files to download those files to my own computer?
Once I get them, I'll be uploading them to a different server and don't need the jotform cloud storage space.
Is there a way to delete files that have been uploaded to Jotform? Video files are bigger than most files and can add up quickly.

You may integrate your form with Dropbox or Google Drive, since as you say, the files will use a lot of space in your account and you will need to upgrade it to a paid subscription, one that fits your needs in storage.
You may also use the FTP integration to send the submitted files to your server.
Once the files and submitted data are on your server, then you can deleted the submissions in JotForm, this only will allow you to get free space.
This guide will help you to view your submissions and delete them, you need to delete the submission to delete the submitted file as well.
Hope this helps.
