Hi, As above, I read through some of your documentation and cannot find a clear answer.
Example, sales person 1 goes into the field with a long list of unique products, he is using form on a mobile app and agrees a sale to a consumer of product No. 9 based on that list.
Meanwhile sales person 2 is in the field and just by chance a few minutes later he too agrees the sale of product No. 9, as product No. 9 is unique (say an item of antique furniture) one of the two sales has to fall through.
Q. Is it possible, instead of uploading an excel spreadsheet to create a list of say, products. To have that list automaticity updated i.e synchronised to a cloud database.

You can use your own database, for example, get the products from a table in your database and then update it in your form.
To do it, you will need to get the full source code and then customize it to accomplish what you need, this guide will help you to get the code of your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form.
Then, you can execute the query, get the records and add them to a drop down or other field in your form.
Hope this helps.
