How to I add form to facebook pages?

I was not able to add the form because this message shows: "You must have permission to add apps to at least one Facebook Page to perform the requested action."

Hello,

This could happen because you were logged in to Facebook when you try to add your form, can you please try to logout from Facebook and then click "Add jotform tab" button. Then try to login to your facebook account. After that you need to choose to what Facebook page you want to add your form.

 

 

 

Also you can try to use incognito mode on chrome if logout didn't work.
