I asked this question earlier this morning, and the fix suggested did not work. I was having problems with my form not showing complete answers once I got the email.
Some submissions come through fine while with all the answers present, however one person in particular can't seem to get there form through and have all the answers show up, half of the answers are missing.
Is there something he may need to do to his computer to get this fixed? I have tried re-setting my notifications as instructed and that did not seem to work. It seems to work for myself, but this person I know is sending these answers through as he showed me a screen shot of the form before he submitted. I am just not receiving half of the answers.

Can you please try to embed your form using iFrame/Embed option? In additional, you may ask your users to use Google Chrome or some other browser to see if that makes any difference.
