I set up my form https://www.jotform.com/?formID=43403498821154 to automatically integrate into a Google Spreadsheet yesterday. The spreadsheet is https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mvGtlJgGJ5LUzphiQDOqockk41GyvflRlhhu3xMDQv0/edit
It worked flawlessly. Now, today, It won't work at all. I have tried everything I can think of to rectify the problem. I deleted the old spreadsheet and ran the integration again. It creates the spread sheet but new forms are not added to the spreadsheet and I am not receiving email notifications of the new form. I ran a "test" and received it just fine (see image below). What am I not seeing?

Unfortunately, we do not have access to your spreadsheet.
However, I have cloned your form and have integrated it with Google Spreadsheet, I can see that it's working as expected, I received the submitted data.
Try re-integration your form, make sure that you are not modifying the spreadsheet as well, it could break the integration.
Do let us know if it works now.
