phantom emails

    Hello JotForm support:

This is a difficult question to even formulate - but I will do my best.

I have been using JotForm for about a year now and have built many successful forms.

Sometimes I copy a previous form to create a new form and then edit the new form as desired.  When I copy a previous form, the "Emails" get copied as well.  (see image below)

To finish the new form, I delete the previous emails and create a new set of emails for this new JotForm.  So far, so good.

However, when I fill out the new form and Submit it, I get an email from the new emails set up, as expected - PLUS - I get a phantom email from a previous JotForm.  The only clue I can share with you is that the From address from the phantom email is:

                     =?UTF-8?B??= <noreply@jotform.com>

I've tried everything I know to get rid of this phantom email.  I created a fresh new JotForm from scratch, and I get the same results.

Can you offer any help or insight to eliminate these phantom emails from happening?

The form that this is happening in is:  https://form.jotform.com/60394896339976

    Thanks for your help,

    Don

I checked the three email notifications, and they are properly setup. Upon doing a test submission in your form, our mail logs shows only one notifications sent to each email recipient:

Are you receiving this phantom email in another email recipient that is not currently setup in any of your three notifications? If yes, please share the email address so we can check in our mail logs.

Also, try clearing forms cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache
