Widgets: unable to add a widget to my form.

    I can't include widgets in my form. When I try to include a widget, the widget box pops up and keeps attempting to load, but doesn't actually load. Please help.

    Is there an specific widget you can't add? I just tried both of your forms, and added a widget on each one without a problem(I removed the widgets after the test):

     

    What browser version are you using? I would recommend you to use Chrome or Firefox. Let us know if you need more help.

    I use (the latest version of) Chrome. I've also tried it with Firefox, and it still doesn't work. I keep getting errors like this in my JS console too. Is there something else that could be the matter?

    Also, no it's not a specific widget, it's everything. The widget box just pops up and keeps attempting (and failing) to load, as in this picture:

    I used Chrome and I could not replicate the issue in your forms. I will escalate this to our second level. Meanwhile, try clearing forms cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache, also browsers cache.

    Okay I think I might have another problem with widgets. I'm working on this using a work account, and I've included a Checklist widget directly under the 'Vehicle Details' heading, but it's not showing up when I share the link.
