In response to the email received minutes ago from your compan, I would like to thank you for your efforts to fix the problem so quickly. Jotform's customer service, the product itself and constant innovation is for the lack of a better word inspiring to me. Being self-employed, with a new buisness I am building from the ground up, which includes hours spend on improving my website, the Jotform quick response to any concerns and immiediete steps taken to prevent such problems in the future is outstanding. I have decided to cut any ties I have with Godaddy.com as soon as possible, by transferring my domains to provides mentioned in the last email. I will support your company by including your web links on facebok, my website and blog.
Once again thank you Jotform for amazing product and great customer service. Job well done !!!!!!!!!!!
