I got my first form/report to sync perfectly with my dropbox. But I can't see my second report to my dropbox and it keeps telling me its already sync.
I checked the URL that you have given (https://form.jotform.com/60444495448160) and it appears that the form has not been integrated with dropbox yet.
To integrate a form with dropbox, please follow the instructions in this guide: Upload to Dropbox with JotForm. Once the integrations is successful, your form submissions will now upload automatically to dropbox. If you need further assistance, do let us know.
Every time I try to change user for report 2 cloud I get this. Please look at the screen. Is there a way to change users?
Sorry for the confusion. We are not fully understanding you. Can you please indicate exactly the step you are taking to produce the issue. I have again reviewed your form and also noticed that you did not integrate DropBox account.
In a personal form i have, I was able to integrate the form correctly into dropbox.
