I am publicizing my form through Twitter Ads as a test. Twitter is set to report when ever a sale is made, and it reports 2 conversions. I have not received any notice of paid submissions, is it possible for twitter to report a false positive on a form that can't be submitted unless the proper fields are filled?Page URL:

If the required fields aren't filled, the form will not be submitted and thus will not be reported. According to twitter's overview for conversion tracking, there is a default 1 day post view attribution window before conversion and default 14 day post engagement attribution. If you started tracking in February, then the recent submissions from February 3 and 10 would be counted in the conversion.
Here's the link to the help page of the conversion tracking: https://business.twitter.com/help/conversion-tracking-for-websites
