Twitter Ads show conversions

I am publicizing my form through Twitter Ads as a test. Twitter is set to report when ever a sale is made, and it reports 2 conversions. I have not received any notice of paid submissions, is it possible for twitter to report a false positive on a form that can't be submitted unless the proper fields are filled?

If the required fields aren't filled, the form will not be submitted and thus will not be reported. According to twitter's overview for conversion tracking, there is a default 1 day post view attribution window before conversion and default 14 day post engagement attribution. If you started tracking in February, then the recent submissions from February 3 and 10 would be counted in the conversion.
