    Mi formulario funciona, pero no se registran los datos enviados

    Hola, tengo creado un formulario en mi cuenta con nombre de usuario: eventoslexra

    El formulario funciona, pues me están llegando los emails de alerta con las inscripciones del formulario, sin embargo los datos de dichas suscripciones no se están grabando en la base de datos ni aparecen en el informe excell que me descargo para extraer los datos.

    If I understand your concern correctly, your submission data cannot be seen in the submissions page?

    The issue might be related to the data being stored in the EU servers.

    Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

    1. Click the person icon

    2. Click on the Account

    3. Select the Settings tab

    4. Uncheck the Europe Datacenter checkbox

    5. Clear the browser cache and restart the browser 

    6. Login to Jotform and check the Europe Datacenter checkbox

    Do let us know if the issue persists.

    Hola, he realizado todos los pasos que me han indicado. Muchas Gracias¡¡¡

    Pero no se han actualizado los datos.

    De hecho, acaba de entrar una nueva suscripción y sigue sin aparecer. Mando imagen del email de alerta que he recibido.

    When I've checked your submissions at the following link I am reproduced the same issue that you're having.

    Could you try the link below to view your submissions?

    At that time, you can see your submissions. However , I am not able to see the submission that you've provided above. Please let me check your email logs. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
