How can I set up submissions to be view only?

How can I set up our submissions to be view only by our clients?  No download or save facility!!

You may want to check out our Reports where you could generate an online report via a link to share with your clients. That way, they could view the submission information for your forms without allowing them to download it. Here's a guide on how to create form reports: How To Create Form Reports in JotForm

Thanks...I understand how to create a report.  but I don't understand how I then make that accessible to the client.

As it stands now I have provided them with a hyperlink to the submission so they can view at anytime what they have submitted.

I can't create a report every time a client makes a submission.  I need the submission not to have the option to download...that is for the client only.  But I need the option to download.

We have 20+ Clients & a minimum of 10+ forms for each of them.

You can use the html table listing report for your purposes. You only need to create the report once per form, and any user who has the link for that report can view all the submissions for that form. The report will also automatically update the data when there are new submissions. Furthermore, the viewer will not have an option to download the data.
