    This is the css code used to style the configurable list:

    .checkbox, .radio {

    margin: 3px 0;

    min-width: 70px;

    }

    .checkbox, .radio {

     display:inline;

    }

    .add{

     display:none;

    }

    #list tr:nth-child(2) span:before {

        content: "Gold";

    }

    #list tr:nth-child(3) span:before {

        content: "Silver";

    }

    #list tr:nth-child(4) span:before {

        content: "Bronze";

    }

    #list tr:nth-child(5) span:before {

        content: "Senior";

    }

    #list tr:nth-child(6) span:before {

        content: "Junior";

    }

    table#list th {

     border: 1px solid;

     padding: 3px!important;

    }

    table#list td {

     padding: 3px!important;

     border: 1px solid;

    }

    Simply inject the custom css to the widget by following these steps:

    1. Click on the wand icon of the Configurable List widget

    2. Click on the Custom CSS Tab

    3. Paste the CSS

    4. Then simply click Update Widget to save the changes.
