Hi, me again, my form includes a hidden part that shows when you check the YES box, i need those unhidden text parts to be sent to the user along with the questions and yes\no.

    thank you

There is no way to automatically include the text information fields, but you can add them manually into the email template. Please follow the next support forum thread to find out more information on this.

Include headers and text in email notifications

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

great shame, is there a work around??

if you take a look at my previous questions you'll see that that's the feature i asked about since question 1. all other questions were answered perfectly i was left to assume its doable, the reason i asked it 4 times was not to have to go through the process of building the form embedding it to my site and not get the function i need...and it happened all the same.

please, if you have a solution.

the hidden text fields are the instructions our customers need to know when they answer YES.

that's the whole purpose of the page - get the instructions, in the mail to the customer.

    thank you.

You can use this workaround: http://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-print-a-form-exactly-as-it-is-when-viewed-but-with-the-user-entered-data. But this one is not through email, it's through the form and print. Other than this, I don't think we have.

You will have to manually insert the texts in the email template if you wish to. Unfortunately, the conditional won't work there.

if the mail can contain the questions and checkbox selections then perhaps the hidden text fields should be in another format? something that can be sent ? give it another thought please...

    thanks

I'm sorry, but we don't have another way to include it other than manually adding the text fields in the email.

I have submitted this as a feature request. We can't promise any timeframe for this, but if there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
