I have uploaded a document in docx format in my form to test it but I could not download (error)
please help! (screenshots attached)

The file was most likely moved with a little delay to our storage due to a queue. Please try to download it again, the file download link is currently working properly on my side.

I am sorry I have tested another link. I will try with the .docx file now.

403 error upon a file download usually means that file was not successfully uploaded. I have made a test submission on your form, and my two .docx files were successfully uploaded.
You may try to do one more submission to make sure that file uploads are working properly.
