Two people were able to submit the Paypal payment form without paying

Hi,

I have a form with conditional fields and a payment service. When someone choose for the three last questions "non" he has to pay. But two people could fill the form without paying. How is it possible? What is the problem?

Did you embed this form? If so, can you give us the page link here? We'd like to check if there's some sort of a conflict in the page that is causing this. When there are conflicts, the conditions and related field validations won't work allowing your users to submit the form even if the conditions aren't met and required fields aren't filled.

We usually suggest re-embedding the form using our iframe method to fix it.
