How to expand Form Collapse in Form Designer

I cannot expand out the collapse form like you did in-order to excess the box/radio button.

You cannot expand the Form Collapses directly via Form Designer, but you can set them to Status[Open] via form editor, this will actually expand them in Form Designer.

Once you are done with the design, you can switch the status back via form editor.
