Os campos do meu formulário de orçamento os dados do cliente não vão para o e-mail..o cliente preenche mas não aparece qdo encaminha para meu email.

That is because the fields have never been added in your form email template. I would suggest to update it manually or do the following to correct it:
1. Delete the current notifier (http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder).
2. Create a new notifier (http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications).
