I believe i am being charged for both my old plan and my upgraded plan incorrectly -

I am receiving a charge of $ 9.95 and $ 39.00 for subscriptions each month to my credit card.  is this correct.

I can see you are only being charged once, only for one subscription, it's a silver monthly subscription, the one with $39 per month.

Do you have a reference number for the other charge? 

If so, please provide us that, we will search in our records and if the subscription is still active we should be able to find it.
