    I would like to change the username. The current name is a past employee. How do change that?

    I am program coordinator for Community Education and I would like to change the username to something more generic - not a particular person's name. Please let me know how I can change this.

    It appears that the username CommED is already taken. You may suggest a couple of alternate username instead, and if it is available, we will proceed with the changing of your username. We will wait for your reply.
