How can I set a limit on items purchased?

Essentially, I am selling summer camp sessions on my form, and I want to set a limit to how many can be sold, so that certain sessions don't sell out.

We do not currently have a product limit option implemented in our payment tools, but there is a work around available which is based on the Inventory widget.
