Can you run a report based off of items purchase on your form?

I want to run a report based off of what items people purchased, so I know who bought what. 

You can do create Report from the form's Submission Data.

You can use the Excel Report.

You can use the Excel's auto filter function to apply some filtering option on the report.. i.e. Show only those with actual payments.
