Unable to remove the "Default Value" of the spinner field which is causing the "Hide Empty Fields on Email" to not work correctly.

I've changed "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" to enabled but it doesn't make a difference. My notification email still shows every item listed on the form. I deleted the notification email and set up a new one but still no luck. Please help!

    Hello Wecarethrift,

I did check your form's notification email alert and you have configured it correctly. The only issue is that all your "Spinner" field "Default Value" is set as "0". That is the reason why all the fields are still being displayed in the notification email alert as it has a value "0".

There seems to be some technical glitch where even if the "Default Value" of the spinner field is deleted, it retains the value of "0" when the form is loaded in designer or the live form.

I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

    Thank you!
