How to update tags that are applied to InfusionSoft integration

    I have integrated JotForm and Infusionsoft BUT I can't find where to update the tag that gets applied. It is applying a tag but it's not the one I need.

    You can usually edit your InfusionSoft integration by clicking on Integrations > InfusionSoft, and then on the Edit Integration button at the bottom of the integration panel.

    At the time, however, the panel seems to be inaccessible, so I have raised this thread to our developers for checking out the InfusionSoft integrations.

    We will update you through this thread once the panel of InfusionSoft is accessible again, and you will be able to update your tags either by using the Edit Integration button as described above, or by removing the integration and setting it up again with correct tags.

    The Integrations panel is accessible, it seems to have been malfunctioning only on my end due to accessing it through our supporter tools. Please accept my apologies.

    When it comes to applying the tags to your InfusionSoft integration, our current InfusionSoft integration does not support setting up or updating tags - it only allows matching form fields to your fields on InfusionSoft.

    You can edit the fields in the integration by clicking on Integrations, InfusionSoft, and then Edit Integration:
