Billing Error????

    I've received many emails lately stating that we need to upgrade our account - which we did some time ago.  Also that the credit card we used to upgrade has expired - I called last week to update that info and paid for another year at that time.

    Please do not turn off our forms.  What do I need to do to insure this does not happen?????  HELP!!!!!

    Here are the emails:

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Monday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 payments per month.

    I cant find the payment from last week.

    Who did you call? do you have a receipt or a reference number for the payment?

    I don't. The woman took the credit card number again - which was the same as the old one - with the new expiration date and told me everything was taken care of.

    Just tried to submit payment online just so that we would not lose our form capabilities until this issue is resolved but the page displayed this error

    Hi there,

    Your account was already on Premium status and form's are all fine. I'm sure your forms didn't get disabled while you're still on free status, cause you only had 99 submissions which is one way to go for your forms to be disabled.
