How to remove the theme applied on form

To restore your form theme to the default one (nova theme), simply apply this theme to your form.

http://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/default-theme

Another solution is to use revisions history and revert your form to the state where there is no theme used. http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

The default theme (Nova theme) puts a border between the form body and the page background. To truly get rid of all theme formatting, I used this theme:

Reset Theme Styles: https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/reset-theme-styles 

Works great, but it overrides your existing styles (which is of course is the point). So be prepared to redo all of your colors, buttons styles and any other design changes you made to your previous theme.
