Old submissions do not show all data that was collected

#2) when I look at the entries received the older ones only show part of the info in my submissions.  Is this normal?  I will check to see if all the pertinent info is downloadable onto the excel SS, but am concerned!

Can you please tell us what part of your old submissions is missing, so that we can examine it further?

Did you by any chance delete some of your old form fields / questions from the form?

Please note that any answers you collect through a certain form field are tied to that form field. If a form field was deleted which you had previously collected information through, information collected through that form field would also be deleted, as warned in a dialog when trying to delete a field:

To fix deleted form fields, you can undelete your old form fields by using the Form Revision History and revert to an older version of the form where the fields still existed.

If you did not delete the old form fields and the information is missing, please let us know which of your fields/questions are missing their data, and we will be happy to check what may have happened with it.
