Thank you page not showing and no output after submitting form

    Hi, when someone finishes and submits our client services form, the thank you page will not pop up, instead we see a 'test2' notification. Could Jotform customer support investigate this a.s.a.p? As (potential) clients are using this form as we speak? See attached print screen what we see instead of the 'thank you' page. Thanks in advance.

    We have an issue with related to EU forms recently and it has now been fixed. 

    I made a test submission with your form and it is now working. I can see the thank you page now.

    By the way, just a friendly tip, it seems you have embedded an http images (non SSL) on your thank you page which breaks the SSL connection (see the icon on the address bar). I suggest to update the link of your images with https, this should resolve this issue. (There are lots of image hosting sites you can find on google that supports https - or you can upload these images on your servers that supports https if you have any).
