It would have been nice if you'd sent an email notice out. I had NO idea until this morning and then I had to go do a google search.
NOT good customer service in my opinion.

We're sorry for any inconveniences caused by this unfortunate, and clearly out of our control, incident. JotForm cares for our users, whether free or paid, and as a matter of fact, we did send out email notices to all of JotForm users. The message, with sender address firstname.lastname@example.org has the subject line: Action Required: JotForm Forms on Your Website.
You should have received the message in your Spam folder, if not in your inbox.
