I am trying to re-integrate my spreadsheet and it is not working - please advise...

Hi there,

I have been trying to re-integrate my spreadsheet but it is taking an alarmingly long time.  On first attempt on Friday this was trying to load all afternoon.  On second attempt today, it has been loading for over an hour.

This has been done several times before and not been an issue.

Please can you advise.

Apologies for the inconvenience. May I know which of your forms you are trying to integrate to Google Spreadsheet?

I checked the form titled "Business Stationery Request Form", and I see that Google Spreadsheet is already integrated on it.

If you clicked on it, you'll be able to see the link to your Google Spreadsheet. To re-integrate, you need to first remove the integration:

Please also do check if you have an extension/plugin/add-on similar to an ad-blocker or a security application that might be blocking our scripts or resources. You also need to make sure that you allow permission to JotForm to access your Google account as mentioned in this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet 

Please also try using a different browser and see if you get better results. If you are still geting problems on this, please do provide us more details of the problem, like a screenshot of the error and the form in question. We'll wait for your response.
