Forms Fields Wont Prepopulate After ChangeAsked by Jonneal3 on February 16, 2016 at 08:26 AM
I made a slight change to the "options" sections of a dropdown, for 3 of my forms. For some reason, they now wont prepopulate anything on the 2nd step of the form. The field in question in "How many passengers". and it is the same problem now for all 3 of my forms.
Here is an example of one of the forms:
I did test your form #60333877589167 and found that you have configured the prepopulation thank you URL correctly and all the fields does gets prepopulated and submitted successfully except one field "How Many Passengers?" Please check the screenshot below:
The reason why the dropdown field of second form "How Many Passengers?" does not gets populated is because the option values does not match. First form has individual numbers but the second form has range which you can see in the screenshot above.
Changing the option values of second form dropdown question will solve your problem.
Hope this helps.
