    I have been designated as a sub user from our main account which is paid, but I still only have 100 submissions a month and its asking me to upgrade?

    We have a main account which is a paid subscription. I am a sub user of this but I still have a limit of 100 submissions and I have to upgrade for more.I have confirmed that the main user has space for 10000 submissions, why do I only have space for 100?

    Please be noted that the sub-account user is another account and this account can be used for sharing forms from the paid account. Since your account is a sub-account user and holding Free subscription your account is limited to receive only 100 submissions. Since the paid account is different, you'll need to manage the forms from that account so that the forms in that account shall be able to receive more submissions as per the plan chosen.

    The forms from My Forms i.e., in your account shall be holding the free subscription limits. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with more information on sharing forms.
