Is the only payment you accept via paypal? How can we keep these registration forms private so that when googling a company name, it doesn't show up on the google feed? This happened once before and it was a huge issue. Thank you.

Do you want to integrate your form with Paypal or some other Payment Gateway? Inside of this guide you can find which Payment Gateways you can integrate with JotForm:
Here's a guide from Google on how to prevent your page from being indexed in their results: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/93710?hl=en
However, please note that if your website is accessed publicly by anyone, then there is a great chance that it will still be visible on other search engines.
Please do note that the only possible way to have your form not indexed is to embed it on your website and place noindex and nofollow meta tags on the same.
That will force the search engines to stop indexing that page and as such the form should not be showing up in the search engines neither.
I do wish to point out that this would mean that your page would not be indexed neither - so that specific value would be removed from the search engines.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
