    Upgraded from free account, now my form is gone

    Help!

    I just upgraded from a free account to a $19/mo account, and now my form for Pump It Up Membership Update 2016 has disappeared, and is no longer in My Forms. (insert look of horror here).

    The reason I updated was because I was reaching the top of submissions for the members, and they could no longer fill out the form.

    Can the form be retrieved, or do I have to start from scratch, see who submitted and who didn't and email another form to everyone?

    Are you referring to your JotForm titled "PUMP IT UP MEMBERSHIP 2016 UPDATE"? I see that the form is now associated with your account and able to see it your account.

    Do you still unable to find the form in your account? If you are looking for a different form, please let us know the form ID/URL so that we can try to locate the form to move it to your account.

    Thank you for the prompt reply. Just after I emailed you and was logging out, a screen came up and asked me if I wanted my forms. It's fine now.
