email form to myself doesn't include "name" as it did in AOL

    Dear Sirs, before, I was using AOL. When I programmed Jotforms to email each filled out form to myself, I had it add the "Name" field from my form so as to know who filled it out in the subject matter of the incoming mail. Now I have gmail, and for some reason this feature doesn't work. All the subject matter states is, "Jot Forms Notifications - You Have Just Received a Payment" without any additional name? please help.

    What is the form you are referring to? In order to show the name of the submitter, you need to make sure to assign a field of your form where your user inputs his name(usually called "Name" field) into the Sender Name of the "Reply-To and Recipient Settings":
