We have been using Jot Forms for some time now and we've never had any issues. Recently, we began to get several of our submissions without any of the mandatory contact info of our applicants (name, email and phone number to be specific).
The forms with the missing information are not from any particular countries. This issue is only on some of our submissions. Are there any temporary issues with Jot Forms?

I have done test submission and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. All data that I have entered inside of your form are also shown inside of email Notification that is sent to your email.
If this has happen only few times within the same day, than it was probably temporary issues. You can also try re-embed your form with iFrame code to see if that will resolve your issue. Maybe there are some script conflict between your website scripts and JotForm script.
