Can I get a total number of certain responses?

Hi!  I can’t seem to find an answer to this and you may be able to tell me more quickly!  Is there any way to total the Full/Partial/None/NA selections for a total of all the questions in the form (please see it at https://www.jotform.com/?formID=60284850812960)? I’d like to see, for example, ‘4 Full, 1 Partial, 1 None, 2 NA’.

Or is it possible to get a percentage or any sort of total?  The questions are in separate matrices to allow for comments on each question.

If it is not possible, is there a way I can adjust the form to make this work?  Thank you!
